The rights described below are in addition to any statutory rights to which the purchaser may be entitled and any applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in the country where the purchase of the LifeBank software and / or a LifeBank date key has been made.

Whilst every effort has been made to customise the LifeBank software dependent on the territory where it has been sold and local or country industry, LBSO makes no representations about the content and suitability of the application for any purpose.     The user of the LifeBank software must assume responsibility for ensuring that the forms and other material (including Quick Tips) are applicable to the country where the LifeBank software is being used.

LBSO provides the software for the user or to whomever it may be entrusted “as is” without any express or implied warranties other than as provided by applicable laws and regulations in the country where the purchase has been made.   In no event, whoever arising, will LBSO or the Intellectual Property owners of the associated software, hardware, methodologies and design content for the application be liable for any special indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of income, investments or profits, whether in any action of contract, negligence, trade practices, fair trading or other tortious action, arising in connection with the use or performance of the software or hardware.
